The club announced that he will sign for 3 seasons
Valencia signed the Portuguese winger Nani, one of the most outstanding footballers in the European Championships. The Valencian club announced the signing of the 29-year-old footballer for the next 3 seasons and he will be introduced when he finishes the Euros. He is right now with Portugal to prepare for the semi-final against Wales.
The club didn't mention the amount of the transfer but media rounded it up to 8.5 million Euros that Valencia will give to Fenerbahçe, where he played last season scoring 11 goals. Previously, Nani had play in Sporting Lisbon (2005-2007 and 2014-15) and in Manchester United (2007-14). The winger won a Champions League and 3 Premier League titles.
This is the first main signing for Valencia's new project that will be led by Pako Ayestaran on the bench. The sporting direction keep looking for reinforcement and prepare in case of a need to replace one of the squad's best players, the Portuguese André Gomes, approached by many European clubs.
