PSG's centre-back, Thiago Silva, talked frankly and conceded Barça wants to sign his teammate, Marquinhos. The Brazilian even criticised the work of Marquinhos' agent because he was also responsible for David Luiz's arrival in PSG generating more competition for the centre-back position. In an interesting interview to French newspaper Le Parisien, Thiago Silva puts Neymar as the future ace the French club should sign this summer.

Marquinhos

"His situation is complicated. He is a player with great qualities who could play in any team in Europe. That's why Barça and other European clubs already contacted him. But in this case, the blame is on his agent. He brought David Luiz to PSG, letting 2 players of his agencies. And in addition, the third centre-back is me, the team's captain. Fortunately, Marquinhos is a good guy, or else he would already have reacted negatively. He must keep working and we'll see what he does at the end of the season."

Who would he sign for PSG: Neymar or Cristiano?

"Neymar because he is Brazilian, I'm a bit like his older brother."

"During the Ballon d'Or ceremony I told him to sign for PSG... He laughed and he replied that he would see what happens at the end of the season."

Neymar

"He is 24 years old and he's already at the top. I think next year or the one after that, he'll already be the best in the world if Messi leaves him the spot."

"He is very clever and he has a good entourage, with his father. That enables him to have a clear head and only think about playing football."

"I often give my opinion to the coach about the signings I would make."

Ibrahimovic's renewal

"I don't know what Ibra thinks but he showed that he is a crucial player this season. I hope the president will renew his contract, if Ibra wants it of course."
