Not the best day for Barça. Luis Enrique's men drew 0-0 against Espanyol at Cornellà-Prat in a very difficult match where the locals were better in the first half and didn't concede many chances to the World Champions. Not the day for Neymar, Suarez or Messi, that had very few chances but couldn't score anyway (0-0).

During the first half Espanyol showed their defensive skills, making a lot of fouls against Barcelona, that couldn't play their normal way. Messi hit the crossbar in a free-kick in the best chance of the half.

Luis Enrique's men started better in the second half, but Espanyol knew how to suffer and didn't concede easy chances. Suarez hit the post again and Sergi Roberto played the last 20 minutes, but it just wasn't the day for the scarlet and blues.
