1-0 victory at Santiago Bernabéu
Real Madrid qualified for the Champions League final after beating Manchester City 1-0 in the second leg (1-0 aggregate.) Zidane's men will face Atlético Madrid, the same final of two seasons ago, as Simeone's team beat Bayern Munich on Tuesday (2-2 aggregate.)
The second leg between Madrid and City was a match without much interest. The locals dominated the first 45 minutes clearly and Manchester City did not do many things to try to score. Gareth Bale scored the single goal of the match in the 19th minute thanks to Carvajal assist.
With the goal, City tried to react, but with no ideas. The best chance, a shot by Fernandinho in which the ball hit the post. The scenario didn't change in the second half, so the qualification of Madrir for the final was quite calm.
On May 28, both teams from the capital of Spain will meet again to see which of them the best European team is.
