The legendary goalkeeper has left Real Madrid after 25 years
This Saturday, Iker Casillas left Real Madrid after 25 years in the club, 16 in the first team. Often accused of having too many good relationship with the players, the goalkeeper has lived difficult seasons over the recent years.
This Sunday, one of the legendary players of FC Barcelona, Carles Puyol wanted to dedicate a tweet to the yet current Porto keeper: "Above the colors, we find the people! Good luck, my friend. A big hug," said the former Barcelona captain, accompanying the text with an image of a Clásico between Barcelona and Madrid where former captains shake hands.
Puyol has not been the only one. Andrés Iniesta and Piqué also sent a tweet to Casillas: "Iker, good luck in your new team. I wish you the best." // "One of the best in La Liga leaves. It's been a pleasure to play against you all these years. Good luck, Iker."
