He is the chosen man by Jorge Sampaoli, the Chilean national manager. The one who will try to stop Leo Messi from shining again and winning the Copa America. And old friend of La Liga: the one and only Gary Medel.

According to the Chilean newspaper El Mercurio, Sampaoli changed Medel's position in the latest training sessions. He was used to play in the right of a three-men defence, and he was forced to train in the left. Yes... there's where Messi is supposed to be most of the game tonight.

Back in 2011 Medel did a good job stopping Xavi and Iniesta when he was playing for Sevilla.
