The Argentine manager, Gerardo 'Tata' Martino, announced the short-listed players for Copa America, between we find two Barça players: Javier Mascherano and Leo Messi.

At the end of this month, Martino will announce the final list of 23 players, who will meet on June 1. Copa America will be held from June 11 to July 1 in Chile. Before, the albiceleste will play a friendly against Bolivia on June 6. If Barça play the Champions League final, Tata will allow Messi and Mascherano to join them later.
