The coach of the Argentine National Team believes Messi can be ok sooner than expected
Messi got injured last weekend against Las Palmas and should be 7/8 weeks out. But now many people in Argentina are dreaming on a sooner comeback. The last one to talk about that was Argentine National Team coach, Tata Martino. Interviewed by DirectTV Sports, Martino said that he is "keeping up-to-date on Messi's injury", because "he might be ready for the matches vs Brazil and Colombia."
If everything goes as expected, Messi might be ready for the match against Real Madrid on November 21. But Argentina has two really important World Cup qualification matches against Brazil —Nov 9— and Colombia —Nov 17,— just before Barcelona playing at Bernabéu, and Martino's team would be delighted to count on Messi.
