According to Mundo Deportivo, they suggested the player to Real Madrid
Barça's negotiations with Las Palmas for the transfer of the centre-back Mauricio Lemos don't seem to go in the best direction. Indeed, the Board of the club from the Canary Islands is not getting along with the Blaugranas' Board: according to sources inside the club of Las Palmas, Gabriel Sans says in Mundo Deportivo that it was not appreciated that Barça tries to torpedo the player's renewal and gives for granted the signing.
Moreover, they consider that Barça's offer (4 million Euros and 8 more in variables to reach a total of 12) is insufficient and unworthy of a great club. Las Palmas are so upset that they haven't set any meetings with Barça to further the negotiations and, on the other hand, they suggested the player to Madrid. Time will tell if it is reality, negotiating or gesticulation.
