The future of Halilovic is getting complicated. Barcelona can't find a team that can guarantee the 2 objectives of the club and the player: to pay the €1M salary and a minimum of matches to play.
One of the most interested clubs was the German Hamburg. They reached the economical agreement but not the one regarding the minutes of competition.
Hamburg explained on Twitter that they wouldn't sign Halilovic because "we can't guarantee a minimum of matches." Barcelona asked the participation of the player in at least 60% of the matches, but the German club didn't want to become engaged with this requirement.
So Barcelona will have to look for another team for Halilovic. The club doesn't want him to stay in Second Divison B and are seeking for a First Division team.
