Piqué vs Kobe

These days we have seen Gerard Piqué in some charitable events. Barça's center-back spent some time playing Korfball in wheelchair at Guttmann Institute for disabled people, where his mother Montserrat Bernabeu works. It's not the first he attends Guttmann Institute neither the first time had he sat in a wheelchair to practice sport next to people who sadly suffer from this kind of illness. Some years ago, when Piqué wasn't even one of the best center-backs in the world, neither Shakira's couple, he faced Kobe Bryant playing basketball in wheelchair in a visit of the NBA star at Guttmann Institute. The result wasn't published.

Luis Suárez or Iniesta in a TV series?

Some months ago a documentary about Leo Messi's life was released. People are interested in Football and footballers every time more and Messi's case is not the only one. Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated with excessive madness his last goal in the Champions League final, the fourth one scored from the penalty spot, because there was a camera filming him for a audiovisual biography. There are three "characters" from Barça's universe that could be the next. A group of scriptwriters sent Pere Guardiola —manager of many players and brother of Pep Guardiola— three project of three possible TV series mixing reality with fiction: One about Pep Guardiola, another about Andrés Iniesta and a third one about Luis Suárez.

Culés at Old Trafford

Penya Matinera is one of many Groups that follow Barça with passion. This penya, whose headquarter is in Arsenal Gym, Barcelona, has a very special particularity. Every year, they organize a football match between the members and they usually seek for incomparable venues. One year they even hired Santiago Bernabéu and they played on Madrid's field dressed as Blaugrana. This year they chose Old Trafford, Manchester United's stadium.
