The big difference are the horizontal strips, for the first time in the soccer kit
This Tuesday the new FC Barcelona's 2015/16 kit will be on sale. As made official last Sunday, Barcelona will be dressed next season with a jersey which has blue and red horizontal stripes, inspired by the horizontal stripes of Barça's flags that supporters wave during the matches at Camp Nou. Horizontal stripes have been seen before in the basketball, rugby and athletism teams of Barcelona, but this is the first time in history that the team will have horizontal stripes.
Home kit's details
The Catalan flag will be on the neck of the jersey with a yellow border with the four red narrow stripes surrounding the outside part of the neck. In the inside part of the neck you can see the famous slogan of the club, 'Més que un club' (More than a Club), the same that it's shown in the stands of Camp Nou.
The yellow bar will remain on both sides of the jersey. The shorts will be red.
The new socks of the first team are blue with a red stripe in the upper part, where you can also see a little yellow stripe.
The away kit
The away kit has the Catalan flag again, but this time it will be only shown in the back, where four red strips go from the top to the bottom. The front is absolutely yellow and the shorts are blue, unlike 2013/14, when Barça wore the Catalan flag but with red (or yellow in some cases) shorts.
Where can they be bought?
On Tuesday May 26 the new FC Barcelona's kit will be available on Nike's and the club's shops.
