Former Barcelona manager to face Porto in the second leg of CL quarterfinals
Pep Guardiola has a big challenge tonight when facing Porto after the first leg result (3-1). Julen Lopetegui's men surprised everybody last week with an incredible performance to beat the German football kings.
It's a difficult time for Guardiola at Bayern after this result and the injuries suffered during the season. There's also the controversy with the medical team, that resigned after losing in Portugal. However, Guardiola confirmed he will keep coaching Bayern Munich next season despite offers arriving from everywhere, specially from England.
Guardiola said yesterday that Ribéry is unlikely to play and that Bastian Schweinsteiger had trained with the squad. The Catalan manager needs a magical night at the Allianz Arena to show Bayern's authority in Europe.
