Champions League: Xavi, Busquets and Iniesta show aim to get the treble

They talked during the Media Day

Just before Rakitic, Mascherano and Ter Stegen, the midfielders Xavi Hernández, Andrés Iniesta and Sergio Busquets appeared this Tuesday in press conference to talk about Champions League final, this Saturday's match against Juventus. Here you have their statements:

Iniesta

"I have some discomfort but on Saturday I will be ok for sure."

"We have very good feelings. Juventus are a great team and it will be complicated to beat them."

"It would be a mistake to consider ourselves favorites."

"It's the perfect season for Xavi to leave. It would be fantastic to win the Champions League for him."

"Pirlo is a world-class player. We will keep an eye on him. He is dangerous in any situation."

"Xavi is the best playmaker. I've been really lucky to be his friend and work with him."

Xavi

"Everyone say we are favorites, but playing against Juventus will be really difficult."

"My favorite UCL final was in Rome (2009), because I couldn't play in Paris (2006) and we did a fantastic match."

"The season has been good so far but it can be excellent. The same for Juventus: they can also get the treble."

"We have won two titles and now we want the treble, so we'll fight for it."

"I hope Luis Enrique stays in Barcelona. With his amazing leadership we have won a lot. We worked really well. It's not easy to coach Barcelona."

[Regarding whistles in the Spanish Anthem]: "We are in democracy and everyone have the right to whistle what they want."

"I'm really proud of having played with Iniesta and Busquets in the midfield for so many years."

"The three forwards are so good that we sometimes don't need so much control to be dangerous."

"Why could we get tired of winning? Here, a draw or a defeat is a failure. We have been trained to win."

"I remember the first Champions League... Koeman's goal, Zubizarreta's saves... it was amazing. We will try to win the fifth this Saturday."

"I leave but the era is not over. Amazing players stay and next year they will fight for the titles for sure."

Busquets

"Messi could do the goal he scored vs Athletic everywhere."

"Both Juve and us know how hard reaching UCL final is. It will be a tough game."

"The duel in the midfield will be important."
