After Barça win against Bayern Munich, Franz Beckenbauer and Oliver Kahn criticized some decisions made by Guardiola, in statements at Sky Germany.

On one hand, the predecessor of Neuer criticized the 3-man defense: "In general terms, it didn't work at all. Guardiola may not be waiting for so many long passes of Barcelona."

On the other hand, the honorary president of Bayern Munich, Franz Beckenbauer, did not like the substitution of Thomas Muller for Götze in the minute 79: "It was an incomprehensible substitution."

The legendary former player criticized Götze: "We know he is a great player but sometimes their movements seem those of a youth who loses 'one on one' and just stands watching. That can not happen in Bayern... it's time for him to mature."
