After the euphoria for the fifth Champions League won by Barça chaos came. The comeback trip from Berlin to Barcelona wasn't easy nor comfortable for a lot of Barça fans due to delays until two hours and cancellations in the return flights to the city from Schönefeld airport in Berlin.

Aproximately 5,000 supporters were trapped in a hangar between 1am and 5am CEST waiting to be placed in some flight. With any kind of control Barça fans had to run and make long cues to catch the next flight that took off. Disabled people were the most affected.

No control, neither loudspeakers

Barça presented a complaint to UEFA to report to the Berliner authorties that they breached the stablished conditions for the members to take off of the German capital city during this early morning. Furthermore, the Club also reported that the loudspeakers service didn't work properly in the Exhibition Center and also reported the excessive price of basic services like bottles of water.

We must highlight important delays for the authorities in the airport only allowed transport to move members and fans to the planes, which were not enough to give the service to all people.

No responsible to argue to

It was a questionable behaviour the one taken by the people of the official travel agency of the Club which in any moment couldn't contact the responsible of the airport neither UEFA's in the terminal to move the arguments and solve incidences.
