The Brazilian doesn't want to leave despite not being counted on by Luis Enrique
Adriano is one of the names that stands out the most when talking about exits from Barça. Luis Enrique is not counting on the full-back, because his left side his already covered with Jordi Alba and the new signee Lucas Digne.
The problem is that Adriano has a contract running and he doesn't want to leave the club. According to Sport, the club is bothered with the player because of his will to stay and the lack of sporting ambition he has shown.
Adriano could have left for free on the 30th of June, but in March he got a clause that enabled him to stay linked with the club until 2017. The club didn't think the player would like to stay despite not playing, and they got he was doing so for economic reasons, say sport. It is a possibility, however, that he eventually decides to leave after seeing Luis Enrique really doesn't count on him.
