The only thing left to do is to seal the deal with Celta
Barça have reached an agreement with Nolito and now hope to seal the transfer deal with Celta, according to Sport. The Andalusian winger is one of Luis Enrique's requests to reinforce the attack for next season and the Board is acting to try and satisfy the Asturian's demands.
In the last winter transfer window, the club already negotiated to include him and an agreement was found with the player about the conditions he would get at Barça. The two parties are still agreeing with the pact they made and now only Celta has to be convinced. The Galician club didn't want any less than the 18 million euros of Nolito's buyout clause and, at that time, Barça couldn't make the deal because of the financially delicate situation that could compromise the Board's future.
From the 1st of July, with the start of the new tax year, Barça will have more funds to invest and will try to address Nolito's signing. However, it seems difficult for Celta to lower their economic expectations, and, moreover, there could be the interest of other clubs if the winger does a god Euro 2016.
