The Brazilian will play in a team from the Second Division in the USA
38 years old and after 4 years of retirement from the pitch, Ronaldo Nazario de Lima reaffirmed his desire of coming back to play. The Brazilian confirmed that he will do it in Florida's team, Fort Lauderdale Strikers of the North American Soccer League, according to what he said to the sports paper Lance during a parade in Sambodromo in Rio de Janeiro.
"I will come back, but it will be later, at the semifinals" of the North-American Second Division, called The Championship, that will take place during summer, said former Barça and former Real Madrid player. La Liga is devided into two tournaments, the one in spring and the one in autumn. The champions of each tournament play the semifinals, along with both teams with the best average of victories-defeats of the season. The winners play the final, called Soccer Bowl.
Before coming back, the Brazilian said that he would have to take a hard diet to lose some pounds, despite not saying how many of them he will have to lose. Ronaldo is stockholder of the Fort Lauderdale from the end of last year.
