Since last season, the team have played 11 matches at 4pm and have only won 6
This Saturday Barça lost against Málaga 0-1 at Camp Nou, after conceding a goal early in the match and not being able to recover. Luis Enrique said in press conference he didn’t want to find excuses and that he didn’t like to talk about schedules but what’s true is that Barça’s results when playing 4pm are not good at all.
This season, Luis Enrique’s team has played 5 matches at 4pm. They got three wins (Athletic, Almería and Córdoba), a draw (Getafe) and a defeat (Málaga). The percentage of wins is the lowest in all the timetables (60%). The second most complicated time is 8.45pm, when they only win 66% of the matches – although it must be said this is Champions League time and opponents are stronger. On the other hand, best times for Barça are 5pm and 7pm, when they have won all matches.
If we add last season’s data to the current one, 4pm is still the worst data, since Barça have only won 6 of the 11 matches played at that time (54%). The next one is 7pm, with 3 wins and 2 draws (60%) and the next one is the Champions League’s, with 62%.
